Companies trust ACENji with the apps they build and the records those apps collect. Here's how we protect that data — stated plainly, and only what we actually do.
Privacy
- ✓We do not sell your personal information.
- ✓No third-party advertising or analytics tracking in the mobile apps — no ad SDKs, no cross-app tracking.
- ✓Every sub-processor we use is disclosed by name.
- ✓GDPR and CCPA / CPRA data-subject rights are honored.
- ✓Our store privacy disclosures are published publicly so you can check them against what we declare.
Security
- ✓All traffic encrypted in transit with HTTPS / TLS.
- ✓Role-based access with an unlimited hierarchy of roles, and strict company isolation.
- ✓Payments handled entirely by Stripe; card data never touches our servers.
- ✓Audit trail across the platform, so account owners can see who changed what.
- ✓Automated database backups with point-in-time recovery.
Your data & control
- ✓Your data is yours — export your personal information as JSON at any time.
- ✓Self-serve account and data deletion from the dashboard, with email confirmation.
- ✓For the apps you build, you are the data controller and ACENji is your processor.
- ✓Team members can leave a company without affecting that company’s data.
Accounts & apps
- ✓Granular roles from Owner down to Guest, assignable per project.
- ✓The mobile apps request a device permission only when an element actually needs it.
- ✓Apps you publish are served over Cloudflare with cache purged on every publish.
- ✓Not intended for anyone under 16.
What we don't claim. We follow widely accepted security practices and keep improving them, but we do not currently hold formal third-party certifications such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001 — and we'll never claim a certification we don't have. We'll say so here the day that changes.
