We are committed to make information about our policies and practices relating to the security, and privacy management of user’s personal information readily available. When users upload private data to Site servers, ACENji provides accepted industry standards for secure methods of transferring data. ACENji only uses secure server infrastructure to service client and user data.

ACENji takes appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure, or destruction of data. These measures include internal reviews of our data collection, storage, and processing practices. Additionally, security measures, including appropriate encryption and physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where data is stored. All generally accepted industry standards to protect user’s personal information are employed. However, users should be aware that method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage cannot ensure 100% security. Therefore, absolute security is beyond ACENji’s control and cannot be guaranteed. IP addresses, and other such information, are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. Clients and users may choose to stop receiving our communications at any time by following subscribe instructions provided in the communications.

ACENji intends to only retain user data while your account is active. If clients or users request, we not use or retain information collected and retained, they can contact us directly using email. Once notified of a client or user desire to “opt-out”, we will only retain information necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Data collection methods and the use of personal data are critical to the intended function of site and app services provided. As is typically the case with many websites, we automatically gather information from your computer such as IP address, browser type, referring/exit pages, and operating system to enhance your experience.

Methods: ACENji employs methods that include Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt important information to prevent unauthorized access during transmission of your orders over the Internet. We implement standard industry practices internally and with our service providers to maintain the security of your Personal Information depending on its sensitivity and to avoid disclosure of such Personal Information unpermitted under this Privacy Policy. The ACENji site may contain very small electronic images known as “web beacons”, or “single-pixel gifs”. Web beacon in conjunction with the use of cookies allows us to keep track of client and user profiles and preferences. Audio Permission Access: Allow “ACENji” to access your microphone while you are using the app?

This will grant us access to record the audio either as standalone or as a part of the videos you are recording. The recording will be used as proof of presence. The audio (either by itself or as a part of a video) will be archived in our data centers and will be available via reports in accordance with privacy policy.

Image/Video Permission Access: Allow “ACENji” to access your camera while you are using the app?

This will grant us access to record the video or images either as standalone or as a part of an audio integrated recording. The recorded content will be used as proof of presence. Recorded content will also be archived in our data centers and will be available via reports in accordance with privacy policy.

PLEASE NOTE: Although we put significant effort into data security and privacy, any personal information you as a client or user posts into any chat rooms discussion or thread or message boards is available to anyone to see and copy.

8.) Policy Related to Sharing Information:

Advertisements appearing on our Site may be delivered to users by us or one of our advertising partners. Our advertising partners may set cookies. ACENji does not market client or user form data responses. We do not make available any form entry responses to third parties, although registered clients and users of ACENji form creator may. ACENji recommends concerned users inquire to the enterprise conducting the form use as a data collection instrument regarding their policies of data privacy. ACENji is only acting as facilitator of data form creation and providing the service of data archiving on our servers.

Custom forms created using ACENji Form Creator are administered by those who create them. Our clients who create forms using ACENji are granted the right to host their forms on our websites and store submitted responses. Questions regarding a form you are responding to should be addressed to the Form Creating client or organization. ACENji is not responsible for the custom form content they create, the questions they have asked or the security and access provided to any data they may have collected.

Rather this app is intended to be a constructive, interactive tool in the service of adults with mature, moral and honest intentions. ACENji will never knowingly allow collection of personal data from minors or allow minors to have registered accounts. ACENji cannot police or provide 100% monitoring of its use, but if inappropriate behavior is brought to our attention we always reserve the right to remove inappropriate content and/or delete the entire account immediately and without pre-notification.
