We had the opportunity to work with a networking expert who was looking to improve their ability to capture and maintain contact information. After conducting an analysis of their current processes, we identified that the implementation of the “Electronic Business Cards” feature, in conjunction with a custom mobile app, could be a key factor in achieving their goals.

The networking expert was facing several challenges with their current methods of exchanging contact information, including a lack of organization and efficiency in their contact management process, and difficulty in ensuring the accuracy of contact information. These challenges were leading to difficulty in maintaining relationships and negatively impacting their ability to grow their professional network.
